We are working closely with an impressive, growth SME business currently going through a rapid expansion project to cope with a consistent increase in demand for their services and products. This position involves growing and maintaining existing clients and being the first point of contact for all incoming queries and escalations. Therefore, communication skills and an ability to engage with customers are highly beneficial attributes for this position.
If you are looking to build or further develop existing account management skills, this role will offer that opportunity as you will be working with a hands-on Client Relationship Manager.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Setting up regular meetings with new and existing customers to review business levels
- Attending exhibitions
- Networking via social media such as LinkedIn
- Working with the Claims Manager to raise any incoming escalations
- Identifying key account drivers when re-contracting existing clients
