Bond Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for a rewarding position in a reputable Care Home in Armagh. The role involves providing high-quality care to residents, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
- Assist residents with transferring and moving using hoists and other equipment as required.
- Ensure resident safety and comfort, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
- Follow care plans, report changes in residents’ condition, and communicate with the care team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care setting is desirable.
- Experience with hoists and moving & handling is preferred.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention & Intervention) trained candidates are welcome; training may be provided where needed.
