As the Regional Support Manager, you will oversee and strengthen regulatory compliance of our supportive living houses for younger adults across the Yorkshire region.
You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care that empowers young adults with diverse needs—including learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism—to live independently and thrive.

Key Responsibilities/ Operational & Quality Excellence
- Ensure all supportive living houses meet and exceed Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, local authority regulations, and internal KPIs.
- Conduct regular compliance audits, implement robust action plans, and drive continuous improvement across all regional services.
- Act as a key escalation point for safeguarding concerns, ensuring all incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved in line with local procedures.
- Mentor, and coach House Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and professional growth.
- Oversee regional recruitment, retention strategies, and workforce planning to minimize agency reliance and ensure safe staffing levels.
- Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and manage performance or disciplinary matters effectively.
- Manage regional budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resources without compromising care quality.
- Work closely with local authorities, social work teams, and commissioners to manage referrals, transitions, and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Ensure support plans are highly individualized, actively promoting independence, education, employment, and community integration for our younger adults.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, advocates, multidisciplinary health teams, and local commissioning groups.
Person Specification Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of multi-site management experience within the health and social care sector.
- Proven track record of managing supportive living services specifically for younger adults (18–35) with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs. xgikmsk

- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to work toward it.
