An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well-established elderly nursing service in Wolverhampton .

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical leadership of the service, ensuring outstanding standards of care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

You will play a key role in shaping the home’s transition into more complex care pathways while maintaining exceptional outcomes for residents.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within elderly nursing care.
  • A strong background in complex care, including managing residents with high dependency and complex clinical needs.
  • A proven track record of achieving and maintaining good or outstanding CQC ratings.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in developing services and driving continuous improvement.
  • Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essential, depending on experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of safe, person-centred care.
  • Lead the home’s development into complex care services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and performance targets.
