We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing team, supporting our nursing homes across the South of England.
This is a pivotal role focused on improving quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert clinical governance and operational support across our services.
Working closely with our Regional Support Managers and Home Managers, you will mentor, coach and challenge teams to achieve excellence in care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and person-centred support.
