We are looking to recruit an innovative, enthusiastic Physiotherapist to be part of our team here at Bondcare for our nursing home Hillside Nursing Home in Aylesbury. As a physiotherapist you will assess, implement, plan, and evaluate the delivery of direct patient care as an independent practitioner. Working as a practitioner within our care home, you will provide continuation of therapy intervention and rehabilitation for patients across the patient care beds.
Role as a Physiotherapist
Working as an integral part of the team, you will provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and pathways of care.
You must have:
- Experience of working in an equivalent service.
- Desirable experience of working in rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated appropriate level of clinical skills in physiotherapy.
- Experience in person-centered assessments.
- Ability to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
- A recognised Physiotherapy qualification.
- Eligibility for HCPC Registration.
