Working closely alongside our Registered Manager, you will take charge of clinical excellence, lead our nursing staff, and foster a warm, "home away from home" atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Oversee the daily clinical operations of the home, maintaining our strong track record of high-quality care.
- Staff Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support the care and nursing teams, including rota management, supervisions, and clinical performance appraisals.
- Care & Governance: Ensure person-centred care planning, medication audits, and compliance with clinical governance standards and CQC regulations.
- Palliative Care: Support the home's renowned reputation for delivering compassionate end-of-life care.
- Deputising: Take responsibility for the home and lead the staff in the Registered Manager's absence, acting as a direct point of contact for families and healthcare professionals.
