- Service 1: 4‑bed residential home. Calm and settled environment. Supports individuals with physical disabilities, mental health needs, and learning disabilities with autism. Established Senior Support Worker in place overseeing day‑to‑day operations, medication management, rotas, and staffing.
- Service 2: 3‑bed residential home. Quiet, well‑established service. Supports adults with learning disabilities and autism. Stable and experienced team already in place.
- Service 3: 5‑bed residential home. More complex service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that may challenge. Strong Team Leader and full staffing team in place. Responsible for rotas, medication, digital care records, and payroll administration.
The services comprise 12 beds in total and are supported by experienced and stable staff teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with a background in adult social care and experience managing multiple sites.
