Are you a Nurse/senior nurse who is looking for a step up and mentor? We are now actively looking for a Clinical Lead for our Nursing home in Birmingham. We are looking for someone who can really push the clinical practice in the home, enhancing the care, supporting the nurses and mentoring the senior carers.
Responsibilities
- You will focus on the clinical nursing within the home.
- You will use your nurturing character to support the team and really shape the clinical practice.
- You will be required to work on the floor as this is a split supernumerary and on the floor position.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working at senior nurse level or management level within elderly nursing homes.
- Have extensive experience with longevity at a nursing home looking for that next step.
- Worked in a Nursing home.
- An empathetic, compassionate nurse.
- A keen mentor.
- Experienced in working in the healthcare sector.
- Driven and motivated and believe in quality care.
- An energetic, committed and approachable manager.
- An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment.
