Description: Bond is expanding and is seeking motivated individuals to support our growth. This is a unique opportunity for you to join us and be part of a highly professional and innovative security team. This role is multifaceted and requires the candidate to develop a strong understanding of our app and personal security services. In this role, candidates will support our members throughout their Bond member experience and assist them with any potential safety situations.

  • Provide best-in-class care and support via video, phone, email and chat to our members as they have inquiries about our product and services, billing, general use, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze inquiries and member support requests to quickly choose the best solutions and solve problems thoughtfully.
  • Provide a valuable and meaningful experience for our members by being attentive to their needs.
  • Exercise good judgment to ensure the utmost quality and ultimately high satisfaction by our customers and clients.
  • Document, process, record and report information in verbal, written and electronic form, either in real-time or post-incident. Note that employees will be exposed to sensitive data and must comply with all data privacy policies.

Must haves:

  • You speak and write fluently in both French and English.
  • Security Industry Authority (SIA) Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Licensed.
  • You have 1–2 years of experience in customer support, security, or a similar client-facing role.
  • You are currently enrolled in or have completed higher education.
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and other web-based platforms.
  • You are a strong communicator, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
  • You are high energy, professional, and process-driven.
  • You can identify and respond to auditory cues at varying volumes.
  • You can remain seated for extended periods and focus on screen-based work.
  • You can read and respond to visual computer data, including different colors and refresh rates.
  • You are able to successfully complete a background check and reference process.
  • You hold a current, valid, and clean driver’s license.
  • You understand and comply with all applicable data privacy laws and internal policies.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience doing media work and video editing capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Fluent in a third language (preferably Spanish, Portuguese or Hebrew).

When working remotely, you will need the following:

  • High-speed, wired internet (minimum download speed of 150 Mbps for individual use, or 300 Mbps if shared).
  • A quiet, well-lit, professional workspace with a neutral background (gray or white).
  • Desk space for a monitor and laptop.

Bond will provide IT equipment after onboarding.

Compensation: Competitive Base Pay. Bonus: Quarterly bonus for full-time team members - for Permanent contract. Stock Options - for Permanent contract.
