Job Description
Part-Qualified ACA / ACCA Accountant required for a friendly, independent accountancy practice.
My client is seeking a motivated part-qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with at least 18 months' practice experience to join the expanding team.
You'll work with a varied portfolio of SMEs and individuals, gaining hands-on experience across accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, tax returns and client support.
What you'll need
- ACA or ACCA studier
- Minimum 1.5 years' experience in practice
- Strong communication and client skills
- Experience with Xero plus knowledge of Sage & Quick Books
- Organised, accurate and able to meet deadlines
What you'll do
- Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies
- Bookkeeping & VAT returns
- Personal tax returns
- Support clients with day-to-day queries
- Assist senior staff on client assignments
