HR Administrator - Southampton - up to £30,000 DOE

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join a growing and supportive team in Education.
This is a varied, generalist role in a busy environment, with a particular focus on recruitment administration, onboarding and employee records. You'll work closely with the wider HR team and have the opportunity to get involved across a broad range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment administration, including new starters and pre-employment checks
Coordinate onboarding, induction and contractual documentation
Manage leaver processes and maintain accurate employee records
Respond to HR queries professionally and proactively
Provide general HR administration and support across the organisation
Support the wider HR team with a variety of HR activities
Requirements:
At least 2 years' administration experience, ideally within HR
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
CIPD Level 3 or a willingness to work towards it would be advantageous
What You'll Get:
