Bond Williams is recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer for an on-site role in Oxford to lead the end-to-end development of next-generation laser-photonics products. You will own system architecture, requirements and detailed design, integrating ultrafast laser sources with precision motion systems, adaptive optics, electronics, and machine vision. You will collaborate with Software, Hardware and manufacturing teams to balance photonics, precision mechanics, reliability and manufacturability.
