We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a busy People team, providing high-quality HR support, and playing a key role in day-to-day HR operations.
As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
- Managing HR administration including absence, sickness, and HR records
- Coordinating recruitment processes from advertising through to interview and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate HR systems and compliance records
- Supporting safeguarding and safer recruitment processes
- Assisting with HR meetings, investigations, and note-taking
- Producing reports on HR data including absence and workforce information
- Supporting payroll and finance with accurate HR data
- Contributing to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
What we are looking for:
- Previous HR administration experience (essential)
