Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Secretary to support their Leadership Team in Bournemouth, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a professional and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and taking ownership of varied administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage filing systems and trackers
- Support events, tours, and newsletters
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Leadership Team
- Manage calendars and schedule updates
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
