What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a small finance team to deliver accurate, timely financial reports and forecasts.
- Manage budgeting, year-end processes, and ensure VAT and compliance standards are met.
- Provide strategic financial insights and support for fundraising, bids, and tenders.
- Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive financial success.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting, ideally within the charity sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis abilities.
- Ability to make complex financials easy to understand and actionable for all stakeholders.
- Ideally part qualified.
