We are recruiting for a Director of Strategic Communications to join a well-established, values-led organisation in Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the organisation's communications strategy over the next five years.

The role will see you:

  • Leading the development and delivery of a long-term communications strategy
  • Managing PR, media relations, marketing, brand, and internal communications
  • Leading and developing a high-performing communications team
  • Working closely with senior leaders to strengthen stakeholder engagement
  • Acting as the organisation's lead media spokesperson
  • Supporting fundraising activity through compelling campaigns and messaging

We're looking for someone with:

  • Senior strategic communications leadership experience
  • A strong background in PR and media relations
  • Experience developing and implementing communications strategies
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
