What We're Looking For:
Are you an organised, proactive professional looking for a rewarding part-time role? Our client is seeking an experienced Part-Time Office Manager to take charge of the smooth day-to-day running of a couple of their offices.
As the Part-Time Office Manager, you'll ensure the offices run efficiently and effectively, managing everything from supplies and facilities to health and safety compliance. You'll also support HR tasks and organise office events.
You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee office operations including supplies, equipment, maintenance, and security
- Occasional travel between 2 offices
- Maintain compliance with health and safety policies
- Manage office organisation to keep spaces clean, functional, and well maintained
- Coordinate office events and activities
- Raise purchase orders and support the wider business with procurement processes
- Assist with HR-related duties as required
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in office management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
