Our client, a specialist manufacturing company in Abingdon (OX14), is seeking a temporary Quality Inspector to support a friendly team during a period of peak demand.
The role will be responsible for identifying and documenting non conformances on incoming products, ensuring impeccable accuracy.
This is a temporary role for a period of 4 months but there is some chance it could be extended depending on business needs.

Quality Inspector duties: Performing incoming inspection of various components against defined acceptance criteria Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate equipment as instructed Reviewing relevant supplier documentation and ensuring required records are available and complete Recording and maintaining accurate inspection results and traceability information Identifying, segregating and escalating non-conforming materials in accordance with Quality procedures The role would suit someone with excellent attention to detail who can work in a fast paced environment, following work instructions and SOPs to the letter.
