About the Role:
Are you looking to start your career in Buying or Procurement? Are you highly organised, motivated, and keen to learn? This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee to join a supportive team and build a long-term career in Buying within the construction industry. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants to learn from experienced professionals. Full training will be provided, so no prior procurement experience is required, just the right attitude and willingness to develop.
What You’ll Be Doing (with full training):
- Assisting with the ordering of materials, products, and services
- Raising and processing purchase orders accurately
- Communicating with suppliers regarding prices, availability, and deliveries
- Supporting the buying team with administration and coordination tasks
- Liaising with site and project teams to ensure materials arrive on time
- Helping maintain procurement records and reports
What We’re Looking For:
