What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and resolving ER cases with confidence - disciplinaries, grievances, absences, redundancies & more
- Owning the full recruitment cycle: job specs, interviews, feedback and seamless onboarding
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish
- Keeping HRIS data accurate, insightful and reliable
- Coordinating benefits, inductions and essential HR administration
- Supporting HR projects and contributing to policy development
- Providing accurate payroll information
- Enhancing culture by organising company-wide social events
What you’ll bring:
- Solid HR experience and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be a strong advantage
