A Finance Assistant is being recruited for a family owned business based in Poole. The business is growing rapidly so if you are someone that likes variety working in a busy environment this could really suit you!

Reporting to a Senior Finance Assistant, you will be providing a wide range of accounts support including:

  • VAT returns
  • CIS returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assisting with month end and year end closure, budgets and forecasts

Qualifications are not needed for this role but could suit an AAT qualified or studier with good bookkeeping, month end and budgeting and forecasting experience. Strong Excel skills are essential and knowledge of Xero would be an advantage. A friendly and positive personality is also needed and the ability to work under pressure.
