We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine an interest in advanced manufacturing with top notch data modelling and machine learning skills. Our client is seeking an intelligent Data Modelling Engineer to develop statistical models for predicting variation in Additive Manufacturing, working closely with process, materials and software engineers.

The Data Modelling Engineer will identify, understand, and help control key process variables that are critical for successful operation of Laser Powder Bed Fusion machines, utilizing excellent organisational and cross-functional communication skills to ensure the value of their work reaches the wider business.

The ideal Data Modelling Engineer will have experience with data management, machine learning and/or statistical modelling, with a key advantage being previous experience in probabilistic programming, time-series forecasting within metallurgy or Additive Manufacturing.
