Our client, one of the UK's leading biotech companies, are recruiting a Customer Operations Associate to join a friendly, close knit team. This is a full-time temporary role, initially for 6 months, with excellent prospects to become permanent in 2026.

This is a challenging and varied role with lots of cross channel communication and problem solving involved, working for a world leading biotech business and one of Oxford's best employers. They spun out from the University of Oxford around 20 years ago and have grown to employ over 1000 people all across the globe.

Customer Operations Associate Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customer service and sales and improving response time by answering order inquiries in a timely manner regionally
  • Managing complex customer accounts with order processing
  • Perform system testing during routine updates of D365
  • Order processing, PO checking, and confirming order details
  • Performing analysis on order processing and shipments to root cause and take corrective and preventative actions

In addition to the Customer Operations work, they want someone to be proficient with data analysis, navigating between a few different systems and identifying trends, presenting data and devising solutions to anticipate issues before they arise and ensure they adopt a more Customer Success style approach moving forward.

They offer a hybrid working arrangement, 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office on the Science Park (OX4).
