You'll be a key member of the development team, responsible for shaping technical direction and driving delivery across the full product development lifecycle. What you'll do:
- Lead experimental programmes from early feasibility through to robust, scalable workflows integrated into our commercial platform
- Define technical roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria that balance scientific ambition with commercial realities

- Provide day-to-day technical leadership and line management, developing the scientists around you
