We're looking for an electrophysiology specialist to join our client's team and play a central role in developing and advancing their electrophysiology-based product workflows. This is a rare opportunity to lead the scientific development of electrophysiology solutions from early-stage exploration through to commercially ready products. You'll own the end-to-end design of electrophysiology experimental programmes - from data acquisition and analysis to integration into our broader platform - ensuring our solutions are robust, reproducible, and scalable.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, execution, and optimisation of electrophysiology workflows, covering end-to-end experimental design, data acquisition, and analysis pipelines.
- Translate feasibility data into validated, platform-ready methodologies with clearly defined success criteria.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, driving systematic improvements in performance and reliability.
- Manage and mentor scientists within the team, providing technical leadership and day-to-day line management.
