As Mechanical Engineer you will own how products move from engineering into controlled, scalable manufacturing. You'll sit between engineering, manufacturing and quality, ensuring builds are traceable, repeatable and release ready.
As Mechanical Engineer Key Responsibilities include:
- Establish manufacturing systems, controls and documentation
- Define tolerances, processes and acceptance criteria
- Transition products from R&D into production-ready builds
- Maintain compliance with quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485)
- Drive CAPA, non-conformance and continuous improvement
- Support product release with confidence in data and quality
Experience Required:
- Experience in manufacturing / quality / production engineering
- Background in regulated or high-precision environments
- Strong understanding of how products are physically built
- Experience moving products from development into manufacture
- Hands-on, structured and comfortable building systems in a scaling company
