We're working with a client looking to appoint a hands-on IT Field Engineer to support installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple client sites, primarily within Central London. This role is well suited to someone practical and reliable, who is confident working independently on-site and as part of a wider technical team. Strong experience with UniFi hardware is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Deliver and support Wi-Fi and internet connectivity solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot UniFi network equipment
- Carry out on-site diagnostics and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Support structured cabling, including installation, testing, and fault finding
- Proven experience working with UniFi network equipment (essential)
- Strong background in networking, Wi-Fi, and connectivity solutions
- Experience with structured cabling systems
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively in a field-based environment
- Full UK driving licence
This is a Monday to Friday role (typically 8am-5pm), with a mix of field-based work and two days per week in the London office.
