We're looking for a hands-on Change & Transformation professional to join a growing business and play a key role in shaping its next stage of growth.

The Role
You will:
- Review and map end-to-end processes across the business.
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, bottlenecks, and unnecessary costs.
- Create lean, scalable processes to support growth.
- Improve how departments work together and hand over.
- Lead change and transformation projects from idea through to delivery.
- Introduce clear ownership, accountability, and consistent ways of working.
- Help the business scale while remaining efficient, lean, and profitable.
Essential Experience
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in business transformation, change, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
- A strong track record of reviewing and redesigning processes across multiple departments.
- Experience taking processes from analysis and mapping through to implementation.
- Proven experience delivering measurable operational improvements.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of cost, efficiency, and profitability.
- The confidence to challenge existing ways of working and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach - someone who gets involved and makes change happen.
- Experience working within a growing or changing organisation.
