Head of Change & Transformation – Up to £80,000 – Ferndown

We’re looking for a hands‑on Change & Transformation professional to join a growing business and play a key role in shaping its next stage of growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can step into the business, understand how everything works from start to finish, challenge existing processes, and make improvements happen.

The Role

You will:

• Review and map end‑to‑end processes across the business.
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication, bottlenecks, and unnecessary costs.
• Create lean, scalable processes to support growth.
• Improve how departments work together and hand over.
• Lead change and transformation projects from idea through to delivery.
• Introduce clear ownership, accountability, and consistent ways of working.
• Help the business scale while remaining efficient, lean, and profitable.

Essential Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in business transformation, change, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• A strong track record of reviewing and redesigning processes across multiple departments.
• Experience taking processes from analysis and mapping through to implementation.
• Proven experience delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of cost, efficiency, and profitability.
• The confidence to challenge existing ways of working and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills.
• A practical, hands‑on approach – someone who gets involved and makes change happen.
• Experience working within a growing or changing organisation.
