A Temporary Finance Officer is being recruited for a large business in Southampton. 6 month period to start 10th June. Hybrid working and on site parking is offered.

The role would have responsibility for:

  • Processing of a high volume of financial transactions
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Maintaining and developing financial processes and controls to mitigate fraud
  • Supporting change initiatives
  • Leading or taking part in financial projects as required
  • Providing support to the monthly, quarterly and year end reporting cycles

You will need to have a strong finance background with knowledge of financial controls, audit processes and statutory requirements, good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
