We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Distribution Administrator for an immediate start. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting order processing, logistics coordination, and internal communications within a busy distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders via EDI, email, and manual input
- Managing orders and deliveries via customer portals
- Coordinating with hauliers for deliveries, collections, and returns
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
- Handling POD requests, claims, and delivery queries
- Raising invoices and supporting delivery confirmations
- Producing daily warehouse documentation
- Supporting cross-department communication
Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to learn new systems (ERP experience desirable)
- Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or admin-based roles preferred
