This hands-on Field Service Engineer position is a customer-facing role that involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex equipment both remotely and on-site. You'll work closely with customers to ensure systems are performing at their best, with international travel of up to 50%.
Key Responsibilities as Field Service Engineer:
- Install, commission, and test equipment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Deliver customer training and technical support
- Carry out maintenance and repairs
