A specialist technology business is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Engineer to support advanced technical systems used in leading research environments worldwide. This is a varied, customer-facing role involving installation, troubleshooting, training, and global travel, working closely with end users to ensure complex systems are performing effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and test technical systems on-site and remotely
- Provide customer training and ongoing support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
- Manage support cases through to resolution
