We're looking for a Financial Client Servicing Adviser to join an established financial planning business in Bournemouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a great company, developing long-term client relationships and providing ongoing financial advice to an established client portfolio.
The role would suit a Level 4 qualified adviser who enjoys the relationship-building side of financial planning rather than actively hunting for new business.
The Role
Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.
Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing financial advice.
Build trusted relationships and identify clients' changing needs.
Prepare suitability reports and maintain compliant client records.
Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey.
What We're Looking For
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
Ideally achieved CAS (Competent Adviser Status), although newly qualified advisers working towards CAS will be considered.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, client-focused approach.
Access to a car for client visits across Dorset.
Salary & Benefits
£35,000-£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
10% annual bonus, subject to performance criteria.
Additional incentives on new business written.
Three days per week in the office, ideally Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Convenient Bournemouth location with excellent public transport links.
