We’re working with a client looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a range of complex, cross-functional projects. This is a pivotal role, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple teams — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget. You’ll play a key role in driving structure, managing risk, and maintaining clear communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, in full, and to specification
- Create and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and dependencies across teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, product, creative, procurement, and logistics
- Proactively identify risks and manage issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all approvals and signoffs are completed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, with 5+ years managing end-to-end delivery
- Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
- Confident communicator, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage scope, cost, and delivery expectations
Desirable:
- Experience within FMCG, retail, sourcing, or creative/production environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, ERP systems)
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
