We’re supporting a growing and highly creative consumer products business in Ferndown looking to appoint an experienced Head of Design to lead and elevate their creative function. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for driving creative strategy, design innovation, operational excellence, and commercial impact across multiple product categories. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, retail-ready creative output while leading and developing a multi-disciplinary design team. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring creative excellence is delivered efficiently, commercially, and in line with evolving market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative strategy and execution across design, artwork, packaging, and copy
- Drive trend forecasting and translate insights into commercially successful products
- Oversee creative workflows, approvals, deadlines, and production processes
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high visual standards across all output
- Manage and develop creative, artwork, and design teams
