Our client is looking to appoint a Product Data Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their buying function. This role will focus on launching new products and maintaining high-quality product data across multiple websites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and optimised - directly supporting customer experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product launches, collating and inputting data from multiple supplier sources
  • Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Work closely with buyers and suppliers to gather, validate, and optimise product data
  • Support and utilise the PIM system to ensure all product information is complete and structured correctly
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Experience working with large datasets and strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of product data, e-commerce, or merchandising environments
  • Confident communicator, able to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
