We’re looking for a Fundraiser Principal Lead to shape donor strategies and legacy giving, making a real difference.

Working closely with senior leaders to develop campaigns, build lasting donor relationships, and maximise fundraising potential. This is your chance to lead on high-impact strategies that engage supporters and create long-term support.

Key Duties:

• Develop and implement individual giving and legacy fundraising strategies.
• Drive donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters and donors, managing regular giving programs, and leading legacy campaigns to ensure ongoing engagement and support."
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and best CRM practices.
• Work with the communications team to create compelling fundraising content.
• Manage budgets and provide regular performance reports.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in fundraising strategy and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of donor segmentation and stewardship.
• Experience with CRM systems and data management.
• Excellent communicator with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
