We’re supporting a growing and highly creative consumer products business in Ferndown looking to appoint an experienced Head of Design to lead and elevate their creative function. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for driving creative strategy, design innovation, operational excellence, and commercial impact across multiple product categories. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, retail-ready creative output while leading and developing a multi-disciplinary design team.
