A rapidly growing specialist manufacturing business is looking to recruit a talented Software Engineer to join their newly established product development program, based in Oxfordshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in aerospace and additive manufacturing.

The company is building a unified software platform that consolidates commercial and internal engineering tools. This platform will accelerate their design exploration, enabling faster performance optimization and rapid scaling for new applications. We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to develop this platform. Working alongside Aerothermal Designers and Mechanical Engineers, you will productionise internal code, wrap commercial simulation tools in C++/C# modules, and integrate everything into automated cloud‑based workflows.

Key requirements for Software Engineer:

  • A high calibre degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Physics from a top University
  • Excellent technical skills with C++ or C#, and Python with several years demonstrable commercial industry experience
  • Natural problem‑solver with eagerness to learn
  • Self‑motivated and organised, capable of independently managing complex projects
