We are recruiting an experienced Bid Manager to join a dynamic team in Christchurch. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead complex, high-value bids from qualification through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bid process, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions
- Develop bid strategies and manage multi-disciplinary bid teams
- Act as main point of contact for stakeholders across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement of bid governance and processes
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely progression through reviews and approvals
Experience / Skills
- Proven track record in bid and proposal management, ideally within Defence or Aerospace.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organisational skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
