Our client is looking to appoint a Product Data Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their buying function. This role will focus on launching new products and maintaining high-quality product data across multiple websites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and optimised - directly supporting customer experience and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new product launches, collating and inputting data from multiple supplier sources
- Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Work closely with buyers and suppliers to gather, validate, and optimise product data
- Support and utilise the PIM system to ensure all product information is complete and structured correctly
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and efficiencies
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Experience working with large datasets and strong Excel skills
- Understanding of product data, e-commerce, or merchandising environments
- Confident communicator, able to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
- Experience using a PIM system (or willingness to learn)
- Exposure to product launches or catalogue management
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
