Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high-precision, low-noise electronic systems
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers
- Drive PCB design, simulation, testing, and system integration
- Optimise signal integrity, shielding, and noise reduction
- Collaborate across electronics, software, and mechanical teams
- Work with external partners on PCB and component development
Experience Required:
- MSc/PhD in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Strong expertise in analogue electronics and instrumentation
- Proven experience with PCB design and debugging (Altium, Cadence, etc.)
- Hands-on lab experience with test and measurement equipment
- Comfortable coding in C/C++ or Python for testing and automation
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Mixed-signal or ASIC design experience
- Embedded systems and microcontroller knowledge
- Exposure to life sciences or medical devices
