We're recruiting for a Director of People and Culture to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the organisation's people strategy, culture, and workforce planning agenda.

The role will see you: Developing and delivering a strategic People and Culture plan Leading workforce planning, talent, and organisational development Advising senior leaders on culture, engagement, and employee experience Leading and developing the People team We're looking for someone with: Senior People and Culture leadership experience CIPD qualified (or equivalent) Experience delivering people strategies and workforce plans Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills What's on offer?

Salisbury (Hybrid) Part-time working (3 days per week) Up to £66,000 pro rata Flexible working arrangements Pension scheme Please note that interviews will be held in early September.
