What You'll Be Doing
- As a Senior Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of key areas of the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful management information.
- Deliver accurate management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Support month-end, year-end, and compliance activities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage balance sheet integrity, fixed assets, and financial controls.
- Coordinate audit and statutory reporting requirements.
- Drive process improvements and finance transformation projects.
- Partner with the business to support performance and decision-making.
- Develop and mentor finance team members.
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified or studying Accountant (CIMA, ACCA).
- Experience within management accounting, finance business partnering, or a senior accounting role.
- Strong experience working with complex ERP systems.
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Sound understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising finance team members.
