We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a busy People team, providing high-quality HR support, and playing a key role in day-to-day HR operations.

As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be:

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
  • Managing HR administration including absence, sickness, and HR records
  • Coordinating recruitment processes from advertising through to interview and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate HR systems and compliance records
  • Supporting safeguarding and safer recruitment processes
  • Assisting with HR meetings, investigations, and note-taking
  • Producing reports on HR data including absence and workforce information
  • Supporting payroll and finance with accurate HR data
  • Contributing to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
