Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing quotes, enquiries, and orders within 24 hours.
- Liaise cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date business documents and correspondence.
- Track customer needs, project pipelines, forecasts, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions where needed.
Experience required:
- Experience in an international business, ideally manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer support or sales role.
- Strong technical understanding.
- SAP knowledge.
- Confident with planning and global supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
