We are looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Account Manager to join a newly formed Account Management Team. This role will focus on increasing sales and loyalty from existing and previously active B2B customers, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, retention, and reactivation.
Working in a tight-knit team, you will have a real impact on shaping the long-term success of our clients' B2B account management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Strengthen and grow relationships across a diverse B2B customer base
- Increase repeat ordering, retention, and overall customer lifetime value
- Proactively re-engage lapsed or dormant accounts
- Identify and support promising new accounts to develop long-term loyalty
- Profile and prospect for new customers using existing data
- Manage a portfolio of B2B customers through regular phone and email contact
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations to improve customer outcomes
- Use CRM tools to monitor account activity and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records, track KPIs and contribute to team success
- Min 3 years of B2B account management experience
- Proven track record in retaining and growing business accounts
- Confident communicator with experience selling physical products into B2B environments
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and highly motivated
- Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to customer engagement
- Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport with senior buyers
