Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office Manage, support, and motivate a team, ensuring high standards are maintained Coordinate workloads and ensure priorities and deadlines are met Support the wider business with operational and administrative requirements Identify opportunities to improve processes and office efficiency Act as a key point of contact for colleagues and support effective communication across the team
Requirements: Previous Office Management experience within financial services is essential Proven experience managing and overseeing a team Strong organisational and administrative skills Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Commercial and solutions-focused approach Proactive, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
